Choosing the winner


Computer will choose the winner on random bases from the trial account licenses database. Each organization can have maximum one installation of each product registered and duplicate installations will not be allowed. The number of outstanding trial accounts is limited to 2500 within the period of the campaign.

The responsibility


Driver has to have valid driver’s license accepted in Germany.

The driving will take place on a public day on Nordschlife of the Nürburgring. All the legal limitations and restrictions set by the track operator apply.

Modera will pay for the rental of the car and the following costs of using the car, gasoline, 25laps ticket, and bear the cost of normal wear out of tires and brakes. When driving, driver is fully responsible for the car plus the regular responsibility set by the Nordschlife operator. When driving, the driver and its representing company shall be directly and fully responsible for the car and for the drivers actions and behaviour on the track and must ensure that the driver will follow the guidance and rules set by Nordschlife operator and Modera. Modera shall not be responsible for the damages and/or injuries caused to the driver and/or by the driver.

The maximum speed of the car will be limited to 100 miles per hour.

Travel and accommodation


Modera will pick the winners up from the Frankfurt Airport, travel to Frankfurt is not covered by this campaign.
Accommodation will be in a cozy family hotel 14km from the track at Müllenbach.

Terms and conditions


Only organizations registered in EU and Ukraine can part in the lottery and can participate with setting up private trial accounts. The winner will be called up and confirmation e-mail sent for confirming the win. If the winner is not interested in taking part of the event, new lottery will be held on following day of the first lottery, the day and time shall be announced on the web-site.

2 persons will be able to drive and expenses stated above taken care of for the winning company or organization. Colleagues of the winning company are welcomed to join on their own expense.

The winning company and Modera will choose together the suitable weekend for the event, based on the winners schedule and availability of accommodation in Nürburg.

Legal notice


In case of force majeure Modera have the right unilaterally to disrupt or stop the campaign and call off the price. Modera shall announce it immediately to all the participants on the following web-site: http://www.modera.com/campaign/trackday and inform all users that have signed up for the campaign by e-mail.

In case the track is closed on the planned date do to bad weather or accidents Modera will not take any responsibility and the event will be re organized.

All disputes shall be settled by peaceful negotiations and according to the Estonian Government legislation. (or Estonian law). If no settlement the dispute shall be settled by Harju Country Court in Estonia.

All pretensions or claims shall be sent in written form in English or Estonian to Modera Consulting LLC at Laki Street 25, 12915 Tallinn, Estonia.

Nürburgring

The Nürburgring, known as simply "the Ring" by enthusiasts, is the name of a famous motor sport race track in Nürburg, Germany, built in the 1920s.
