The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for overall leadership of one or more of the Modera’s clients. The person will assist clients to find new business solutions with the Modera’s products and services. Being a bridge between Modera and the client the person will also be responsible of the delivery of products and services in cooperation with project managers, according to the agreed upon scope, time and budget – all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Successfully and actively manage the entire scope of one or more client engagements, across a range of Modera’s product and service offering.

The Account Manager will serve as the leader of select client engagements and is responsible for ensuring that clients are serviced strategically and to their highest expectation. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for the profit and loss for each client he/she manages. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity with the clients he/she manages, and growing our business with those clients. The Senior Account Manager will also be periodically involved with helping Modera to pitch new business.

The successful candidate must have a passion for helping Modera’s customers to find creative ways to use our products and services for running their business more effectively.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Key Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
  • Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Is aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Key Account Director or others if needed.
  • Reports to the Key Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understands company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

Skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the account services field within a software company or interactive agency.
  • Ability to provide continual education to the client, including recommended solutions, research and implementation plans- In terms of vertical market experience, experience in the field of higher education is a plus.
  • Strategic-minded, including an ability to interpret, analyze, and make strong recommendations for clients.
  • Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining client relationships – including client trust and client satisfaction.Strategic-minded, including an ability to interpret, analyze, and make strong recommendations for clients.
  • Ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, works well with partners and clients.
  • High level of motivation and energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, and the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals and talents to complete projects are expected.
  • Previous experience managing large national or international clients is considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large work flow within time constraints is essential to the position.
  • Expert use of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations is critical.
  • Exceptional and authoritative written, verbal, and presentation skills.
